Hi, I’m Joanna Lovinger, MFT

A licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery, relationships, and identity exploration. I’ve worked with artists navigating the pressures of creative careers, first responders coping with emotional burnout, and individuals processing adoption complexities. My approach blends compassion, humor, and practical tools to help you make meaningful changes.

I’m also a Certified First Responder Counselor and a proud partner with Journey Clinical for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, offering innovative solutions for treatment-resistant conditions. Using modalities like EMDR, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy, I tailor sessions to your unique story and goals.
